What Is Positive Team Dynamics
The Positive Team Dynamics skill development program is available anywhere in North America, at any time, and for any group size. This group training workshop helps your team become more aligned as a group or organization, establish and build trust among teammates, create a team charter that reflects your team’s values, and practice and enhance collaboration skills.
This program is ideal for groups looking to become aligned by defining expectations for each teammate and encouraging personal responsibility. Participants will explore key elements needed to build a strong team and discover practical ways to improve team dynamics. Through hands-on practice, interactive exercises, and group discussions, teams will develop and refine their collaboration techniques.
Available Formats: In-Person, Virtual – All of our programs can be run as half-day or full-day workshops.
Positive Team Dynamics Agenda
Introduction and Program Overview
The event will begin with a welcome and introduction from your program facilitator. They will take a few minutes to outline the goals of the program and provide an overview of the agenda, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the session.
Understanding Team Dynamics
This session is designed to help participants understand and improve team interactions by focusing on trust, conflict, commitment, and peer accountability. We will focus both on mindset for being a part of a great team, principles to follow and tools to use to increase effectiveness. By the end of the session, teams will gain tools to work more efficiently and create a positive, high-performing work environment.
Group Exercises
During the program, teams will engage in various group exercises designed to help them discuss, practice, and apply the concepts they’ve learned. These activities offer a valuable opportunity for teams to collaborate and grow together. All necessary materials for the exercises will be provided.
Summary and Key Learnings
At the end of the program, your facilitator will provide a recap of the key takeaways. Additionally, there will be time for a final Q&A session, allowing participants to seek clarification and discuss any remaining questions.
