This group training workshop helps your team increase self-awareness, learn how to self-regulate behaviors, develop better social skills for leadership, use emotionally intelligent motivators, and foster a greater sense of empathy.
This program is perfect for groups looking to build self-awareness by practicing methods that help individuals understand how they are perceived as leaders. Participants will identify strengths and weaknesses in emotional intelligence, learning to embrace vulnerabilities and use them to their advantage. Through hands-on practice, interactive exercises, and group discussions, participants will develop key emotional intelligence skills.
Emotional Intelligence Agenda
Introduction and Program Overview
The event will begin with a welcome and introduction from your program facilitator. They will take a few minutes to outline the goals of the program and provide an overview of the agenda, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the session.
Understanding Emotional Intelligence
This session focuses on developing the five core aspects of emotional intelligence self-awareness, empathy, self regulation, motivation, and social skills. Participants will learn practical strategies to recognize and manage their emotions, improve communication, and build stronger, more positive connections both personally and professionally.
Group Exercises
During the program, teams will engage in various group exercises designed to help them discuss, practice, and apply the concepts they’ve learned. These activities offer a valuable opportunity for teams to collaborate and grow together. All necessary materials for the exercises will be provided.
Summary and Key Learnings
At the end of the program, your facilitator will provide a recap of the key takeaways. Additionally, there will be time for a final Q&A session, allowing participants to seek clarification and discuss any remaining questions.
