Creating Mission, Vision and Values is an experiential learning program available anywhere, any time, and for any group size. This program – available anywhere in North America, anytime, and for any group size – offers a hands-on style of training in which participants develop skills by doing them. It can help your team define and refine your organization’s mission statement, vision for the future, and core values.
Creating Mission, Vision, and Values Agenda
Introduction and Program Overview
The event will begin with a welcome and introduction from your program facilitator. They will take a few minutes to outline the goals of the program and provide an overview of the agenda, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the session.
Creating / Refining Your Vision, Mission, Purpose and Values
This session focuses on helping participants understand and create/refine a new vision (where are we going), mission (what we do and who we do it for) , and purpose (why we do what we do), and values that will drive your success in the future. Through guided discussions, participants will learn how to align personal values with workplace values, enhancing inspiration, and improved clarity to communicate your strategic directional statements.
Group Exercises
This is a very collaborative session where input is solicted from all participants. For many this is a completely different type of thinking than their normal activities in their job. It is a test for how well people have prepared together, think together, and come together in creating a new future. All necessary materials for the exercises will be provided.
Summary and Key Learnings
At the end of the program, your facilitator will provide a recap of the key takeaways. Additionally, there will be time for a final Q&A session, allowing participants to seek clarification and discuss any remaining questions.
