What Is Coaching Fundamentals

The Coaching Fundamentals skill development program is available anywhere in North America, at any time, and for any group size. This group training workshop helps your team learn how to coach effectively using the transition curve, discover the four primary leadership styles, uncover their personal coaching style, and learn how to give both positive and negative feedback.

This program is perfect for groups looking to start structured coaching sessions by learning how to set up a coaching framework with a meeting template and set measurable goals. Participants will become better coaches by exploring the four styles of coaching and determining which style best suits them in order to build trusted relationships. Introduction and Program Overview

The event will begin with a welcome and introduction from your program facilitator. They will take a few minutes to outline the goals of the program and provide an overview of the agenda, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the session.
