Building Strategic Teams with StrengthsFinder Agenda

Introduction and Program Overview

The event will begin with a welcome and introduction from your program facilitator. They will take a few minutes to outline the goals of the program and provide an overview of the agenda, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the session.

Understanding and Applying StrengthsFinder

This session is designed to help participants identify, understand, and maximize their unique strengths using the assessment tool StrengthsFinder (GALLUP). The premise is out of a combination of 34 strengths, what are each person’s top 5, and how do we play to the strengths of each other within a team concept. By focusing on individual talents, participants will learn how to leverage their strengths to improve performance, enhance team collaboration, and achieve personal and professional growth.

Group Exercises

During the program, teams will engage in various group exercises designed to help them discuss, practice, and apply the concepts they’ve learned. These activities offer a valuable opportunity for teams to collaborate and grow together. All necessary materials for the exercises will be provided.

Summary and Key Learnings

At the end of the program, your facilitator will provide a recap of the key takeaways. Additionally, there will be time for a final Q&A session, allowing participants to seek clarification and discuss any remaining questions.
