2017 marks Outback Team Building & Training 25th year in business! Thank you to our customers for helping us evolve from a small adventure company into one of North America’s leading team building and learning and development providers.



Celebrating 25 Years in Business with Great Partners Like You

In the early 1990s, two brothers started an outdoor adventure company that would go on to become Outback Team Building & Training.


A Timeline of Outback Team Building & Training:


1992

Jamie and Steve Corbett start the business as an outdoor adventure company, primarily selling paddling and hiking expeditions. 


2000

Long-time customer, McDonalds, asks for an event based on “Survivor.” We say yes, and start the transition to a team building provider.


2010

Addition of budget-friendly activities and other exciting events to our available programs. Adventures take a back seat to team building solutions.


2015

Our product offerings grow to include team coaching and consulting, as well as training and development programs.


2017

Celebrating 25 years in business. Outback Team Building & Training is continuing to grow and evolve.
