Outback operated 4 events in different cities recently and each has been very successful. Our teams loved them and giving back to the community. Outback’s team is very professional.

The event was fun and met our team’s goals. We wanted to build teamwork and comradery. We wanted an ‘easy way’ to serve our community. We used both the left and right sides of our brain for the activity, giving everyone a way to shine. We enjoyed the activity and felt very good about it.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed participating in both the Team Pursuit 2.0 and the Clue Murder Mystery activities. It was particularly gratifying to witness members from different teams—many meeting for the first time—come together and truly collaborate to tackle the challenges presented. Easy process and fun host. The “Price it Right” game was well thought out and a good time for all.

The team LOVED the activity and our facilitator was wonderful. It was such a great activity and in a way, made us feel like kids again. It was very hands on and collaborative and created an environment where we were working together in a unique way that was the embodiment of “supply chain.” When one team got finished with their section, they were quick to go help another team finish theirs without question or even being asked to do so. It was exciting to see the final product and the way all the segments worked together to create something cool!

Outback was always available for questions and called in to check to make sure I didn’t have any questions leading up to the event. You guys are top notch!

They stayed in contact up to the event, answering last minute questions quickly. The facilitator did a fantastic job with our crew and made the event a lot of fun. From the Sales Representative who made the initial contact; to the Event Manager who reached out to meet one-on-one to ensure the event would be catered to our group; to our Host who provided a hilarious hour of fun. I got lots of kudos for organizing the event, but they belong to your team.

This is our second event with Outback Team Building and both have been great! Our first event was self-hosted, which is amazing if you need a low price point. Our second event was Virtually Hosted and it was so great to have the professional host, so I, as the planner, could actually participate.

My experience was AMAZING, from the very beginning starting with the Employee Engagement Consultant’s enthusiasm to present Outback to me and then our dedicated Events Manager with her equal enthusiasm who was amazing with her guidance and coordination from ordering the bikes and linking with the Boys and Girls local club. Then, our Events Coordinator and hosts were just on top of their game and were amazing leaders throughout the activity. This was by far one of our most successful team building activities ever!

Everything was smoothly organized. I had several short calls initiated by the Outback Team to discuss the details. I felt we were in good hands and our expectations were all met. Thank you for your dedication!

From start to finish the service was excellent. I received detailed instructions from our host as to what we can expect, how the entire event plays out, and overall they kept me informed with minimal work on my end. Our host was incredible, despite our fumbling around and tech issues. He handled it with humor and made it a fun experience.
