What Our Clients Say

We have used Outback Team Building for three events and have not been disappointed. The most recent event was with all of our 120 staff and everyone participated and had a fantastic time!

This event was AMAZING!! Team Pursuit was the high point of our program’s opening ceremony for the school year!!! I cannot express how much fun everyone had and how easy it was to set up. The support was always available. You are missing out if you do not access Outback for your team building needs!

We loved the cardboard boat building challenge and found this to be our favourite event so far that we have participated in with Outback Team Building! The strategy, bartering, construction, marketing campaign, and the boat race made it extremely fun and competitive and allowed every person to participate!

Everything about this process was wonderful! The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all questions. The event itself was extremely well-received and the feedback from the staff was all positive. The best part is the opportunity to follow up multiple times after the event to show staff the pictures and relive the fun!!! Thank YOU!!!

This event was just what I was looking for! Everyone seemed to have fun and it was great to see them interacting with each other. I had fun watching them do each challenge. It was nice to see smiling and laughing! Our host was fabulous! She was able to be available before, during and after the event which was a great help as question came about from our staff during the event and myself through the whole process. Glad she was part of our day!

Our host was wonderful! She kept us moving and helped along the way. What a pleasure to work with! Code Break was challenging but fun!

Lyndon was incredible! I could write a book on how much we enjoyed his humor, kindness and mindful presentation.

I have received positive feedback from the staff that attended. The facilitator was knowledgeable and relatable. He provided applicable information, and it was refreshing to experience a new approach with new material.

From start to finish, each person I worked with was very professional, courteous, and thorough. Our host was THE best host I could have ever imagined! My group was literally in tears a few times, laughing so hard at the hilarious answers, competitiveness, and general experience with our whole team. Highly recommend.

The coordinators were very nice and communicated well. They provided us with everything we needed and were on call if we needed anything during the event.

Quick responses to emails, helpful solutions tailored to my team and excellent host!

The event was exactly what we were looking for. It provided team engagement, collaboration, fun, bonding, thinking outside the box while allowing us to give back to charity.

It was an activity that encouraged a diverse group of people with different backgrounds and skill sets to come together to complete the activity. They seemed to really enjoy it.

Outback Team Building was both gracious and professional as they helped me work through the set-up and logistics surrounding my group’s virtual event. I’m thankful they allowed my group to act as one cohesive team/unit for the Virtual Escape Room: Jewel Heist activity :).

Our host and her team did an amazing job! From set-up to execution, everything ran flawlessly. Our host ran the course before the company event and noticed a few issues along the way which she was able to get fixed very quickly. Our team had a great time! Great job Outback 🙂

The team was wonderful! Extremely helpful and fun. The event was very fun and challenging even for our super smart players. It was an all around great event!

Everything was amazing. Our host kept us engaged and laughing the entire time. We have some very competitive people in our group but the variety of questions were perfect for everyone. Thank you to the Outback team for keeping me informed right from the start. Great job all around.

The facilitator was AMAZING! So engaging and dealt with all of us in a really great way.

Each team member that reached out to me was very professional and positive. All of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. My team had a fantastic time. One member of my staff said “you hit the nail right on the head. What a fun time we all had”. I will be reaching out again for more team building activities in the future.

Our host was very fun and energized! The puzzles were challenging and also entertaining enough to keep people interested and having a great time. I will recommend Outback to my friends and colleagues.

Everything from contacting the company, to follow up questions/emails, the availability of the staff, the professionalism throughout the entire process was refreshing and seamless. The host of the event was informative, friendly and engaging.

The event was fantastic. It helped to build community and ease some anxiety around current events. Many of my staff returned to work talking about how much fun they had and how nice it was to engage in something non-academic with one another.

Our hosts facilitated a great team building session where everyone built and strengthened connections with colleagues, while having a good laugh at our struggles with the challenges and increasing empathy for folks who may have a disability (visible or not). The group agreed this was a very enjoyable team building session compared to typical events!

We had a last minute event and the Outback team was available at a moments notice. The team was friendly and professional.
