In-person & Virtual Team Building In Vancouver

The Outback team has been very easy to work with from the beginning of quote request up until the end of the event. It was smooth from the very beginning. Thank you Emily for a smooth beginning, Kevin for guiding us through and taking the time to explain things to us, and Noel for being so patient, cheerful and upbeat in hyping all us up on the event day. The event was a tremendous success: the app was easy to use, there weren’t any technical difficulties, and people had a great time working together to solve the murder. Thank you so much for taking the time to walk me through the event in advance. 10/10!

Our Charity Bike Buildathon event was more than we could have hoped for. The team did an awesome job, and have received high marks on our post-event survey. The activity was perfect for our Central Office Kick Off. The process was simple and because we could facilitate ourselves the costs were greatly minimized. The application is so easy to use and the instructions easy to follow. Great team building activity!

Excellent service. The event was customized distinctly for us, and it was highly enjoyable. The challenges were diverse and fun. Your group did all the work, and I was able to enjoy the activity. The staff was fun and had a good sense of humour.

This was truly an event that anyone could do. We do have some people who are physically challenged and this event eliminates that issue. If care is taken with the formation of the teams, it also allows the more timid staff to feel less conspicuous when you have them teamed with some extroverts. I thought it was the perfect team building exercise.

We had a blast. We were about 100 people and everyone had an amazing time. Exceptionally well-organized. It was a great opportunity to get together as a team and have fun. We can’t wait to do it again.

Second time we’ve used them for a team building event. The staff did a fantastic job engaging everybody. It was such a wonderful, wonderful experience. They really made it seamless for our entire organization. Our social committee didn’t have much to do because all the details were taken care of by Outback. This is an opportunity for collaboration, participation, and fun. The great thing about this is that, at the end of our event we were able to donate bikes to charity. So meaningful.

The Corporate Castaways event was phenomenal and everyone enjoyed it to the fullest. There was a lot of team building that got competitive – and that was the fun part. The organization was phenomenal with all the tasks and puzzles we had to do. The team was great. We really loved the enthusiasm.

We’ve had Outback come in to work with our staff a couple of times over the last few years. Today we worked with them on the Code Break challenge. The staff really loved it and it got them all working together as a team. We’ll definitely be working with them again.

Today was really fun in terms of getting to know people. Out of the 12 people on the team I’ve only had the chance to get to know one of them before. This is a really perfect activity to do for team building. Especially when you’re working in cross-departmental teams. It was a joy to see.
