Virtual Holiday Hijinks is a festive, high-energy team building experience where teams race against the clock to complete a variety of holiday-themed challenges. From brain teasers and creative tasks to physical, skill-based, and mystery challenges, there’s something to get everyone involved.
Teams work together in virtual breakout rooms, earning points for completed challenges and climbing the leaderboard as they compete to become the Holiday Hijinks Champions. It’s an online festive multi-challenge team building experience that brings remote and hybrid teams together for some friendly holiday competition.

Virtual Holiday Hijinks Agenda
Intro, Ice Breakers, and Team Formation
Your event host will welcome the group and engage in icebreakers to warm up before explaining the activity. Next, teams will create their name and select a team lead. Before sending teams into breakout rooms, your event host will provide access to the activity through our web app.
Holiday Hijinks
Teams will move into virtual breakout rooms and collaborate to complete over 80 holiday-themed challenges across various categories. Answers are submitted using the web application on a mobile device and can be in the form of photos, videos, text-based responses, or multiple-choice answers. Team members will learn about each other and connect through physical, mental, skill-based, and mystery challenges. The event host will be available to assist with any technology or app-based challenges.
Wrap Up and Recognition
Teams will rejoin the group and share their experience throughout the activity. The event host, who has been tracking the leaderboard, will announce the winners, highlight any takeaways, and grab a team photo.

All you need is a computer with a webcam and a stable WiFi connection to join. Your facilitator leads every challenge, manages timing, and keeps the group engaged from start to finish, making it easy for remote, hybrid, or distributed teams to participate together from anywhere.
Most virtual events run about 1-2 hours, including a short intro and ice-breaker, the main activity, and a wrap-up with recognition for the winning team. Exact timing varies by activity, so check the specific event page for details.
Our virtual events run on Zoom. A live professional host guides your team throughout, and depending on the activity, content may also be delivered through a web app or dedicated event site, with responses submitted from a computer or mobile device.
