The event ran smoothly and everything went as expected. The team had lots of fun and we were able to achieve what we wanted from the team build.

I was in conversation today with the president and others and the teambuilding event was a hit; the strategies, the teamwork and the donation. I feel it beat out last year’s cooking which they all thoroughly enjoyed. The president felt that it couldn’t have been a better choice for a fit with the training.

This is the second year in a row that we have used Outback Team Building & Training for our spring conference and we’ve enjoyed it each year. Your team worked well with our large group of 300, and provided a streamlined and well-executed event. The event coordinators handled all of our requests quickly and efficiently, even the last minute ones. They were available to answer questions whenever we needed them and the event provided all of the fun and excitement we were promised. The Leadership Experience was very powerful and it has paid off in both my professional and personal life. This experience was very hands on and it was very effective to learn by doing. The format was very efficient; we achieved a lot in only five days in a way that classroom-based learning could not achieve in the same time. My team had so much fun doing this Random Acts of Kindness scavenger hunt. It was a great team building exercise, the teams really got into trying to outdo one another. And we enjoyed doing nice things for people we didn’t know! The Outback team was very easy to work with. 10/10!
