Random Acts of Kindness is a heartwarming team building experience that encourages your group to connect with one another while giving back to the community. Through a series of thoughtful and engaging challenges, teams work together to complete acts of kindness that make a real impact on people’s lives.
Whether it’s writing uplifting notes, delivering surprise care packages, or performing small but meaningful gestures for strangers, this activity is all about spreading positivity. Along the way, teams strengthen their communication, creativity, and collaboration skills while experiencing the joy of giving.

Random Acts of Kindness Agenda
Intro and Team Foundation
The event will begin with a welcome from your event host, who will assist in organizing the group into teams at the specified location. Following this, participants will receive a detailed briefing on the activity. Teams will then be guided on how to access the challenges via our Outback web app, using one mobile device per team. Afterward, teams will head outdoors to start tackling the challenges.
Random Acts of Kindness
Teams will complete over 80 unique challenges around your urban area to spread goodness and kindness. Participants will engage with local residents, encourage care for the local area, and connect with one another. To document their deeds, they will submit photos and videos via the web app. Throughout this event, team members will discover individual strengths, enhance their understanding of one another, and collaborate to accumulate the maximum number of points possible.
Wrap Up, Recognition, and Photo Op
Teams will reconvene at their predetermined endpoint to exchange experiences and review their submissions. The event host will facilitate discussions on key takeaways and lessons learned, culminating in the announcement of the winning team. Winning teams will be awarded Outback Team Building medals. The event will wrap up with congratulations all around to commemorate a successful event.

What happens if we have inclement weather on the day of our activity? (For outdoor activities)
We appreciate that weather is not always predictable, so we have a back-up plan in the event of poor weather. We can switch your event to our indoor app-based Team Pursuit event at no extra charge. You would need to arrange a backup space for the activity, and we need notice of 2 hours to make the switch.
What happens if I need to change the date of my event?
We understand that plans can change, so please reach out as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Date changes may incur a change fee, please reach out to your Sales Engagement Consultant to discuss further.
What if I need to make a last-minute change to my activity?
Depending on what the change is, we recommend discussing all changes with your dedicated Event Manager to see if we can accommodate the change.
