I would highly recommend this experience to anyone

From start to finish the process was seamless. The employee engagement consultant was always ready to answer the few questions we did have. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who asks and even to those who don’t!

Everyone really enjoyed it

It was fun! Everyone really enjoyed it, and I made sure to save the photos! The challenges that involved strangers seemed to be the ones that people had the most fun with.I would recommend it.

You fit our group perfectly

Terrific! You fit our group perfectly. We loved hearing the anecdotal stories, and we can tell you have lived business, versus just gone to school for business. We’ll do more together. Thank you.

Excellent – top notch! The event coordinator was superb. All phones calls and emails prior to the event were handled in a timely, professional manner. I have already recommended Outback Team Building & Training to my colleagues.

Such a fun time!

The team had such a fun time! It was great for meeting people on our teams we didn’t know well. The first few challenges we were so reluctant to approach strangers, but by the end we had strangers riding on our backs!

The challenges were so fun

The event coordinator was great and the challenges were so fun. Thanks again!

You let us own the session and drive our own learning

This was a very practical session and we are going to be putting a lot of these ideas into place on Monday. I loved the group work that you had us do – you let us own the session and drive our own learning.

Interactive excercises really supported our learning

The four-hour training session flew by! We found that the interactive exercises really supported our learning, and the discussions were very engaging.

You helped the concepts come alive for our group

Thank you for the skill development session with Lyndon. You provided great slides, great stories, and great references that helped make the concepts come alive for our group.

Always professional and courteous

The goal was to take the attendees ‘out of their comfort zone & challenge them physically’ – this was definitely accomplished by this event! The Wrap-up at the restaurant was a great culmination to the Chase. Especially noted was the waiting period as the teams’ finishing order were announced (last place to first place) – great excitement builder! Your team represented Outback Team Building & Training very well – always professional and courteous. Thank you for providing our management team with a memorable Team Building Event!

Great communication from beginning to end

Great communication from beginning to end – well-organized and, even though we had an unexpected time crunch, our facilitator was able to improvise and speed things up to accommodate our request. Thank you for such a fun event!

This changed the way our team works together in a massive way

Our sessions were invaluable because they were grounded in some really strong principals and, most importantly, they got results. This absolutely changed the way our team works together in a massive way.

Your team was great at making it fun and engaging both times

The facilitator did a great job with the Cardboard Boat Building Challenge. We have done the same event twice now, and your team was great at making it fun and engaging both times…even for people who had done it before! We would be happy to do this event again. 10/10!

Fun, thought-provoking, and useful

Working with the Executive and Senior Management Teams at Aldwyck Housing, Joe quickly established a rapport with this diverse group of managers. His sessions have been fun, thought-provoking, and useful.

Joe’s use of participants’ real-life issues made the session relevant and engaging throughout. It’s clear that Outback Team Building & Training cares passionately about their work and I’d have no hesitation calling on them again.
