What Our Clients Say

I give Outback Team Building & Training a 10 out of 10! Everyone loved the Random Acts of Kindness event and had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!

Everything went seamlessly and we all had a great time playing Team Pursuit. 10/10!

Great activity. The tools you provided, including the instructions and the app, helped us get organized and be successful. The team had a great time!

The activity was perfect for our Central Office Kick Off. The process was simple and because we could facilitate ourselves the costs were greatly minimized. The application is so easy to use and the instructions easy to follow. Great team building activity!

Excellent team building event, and I would recommend Outback to others. Overall, participants had a lot of fun doing the Wild Goose Chase and would like to do it again next year.

We had a great time with our Team Pursuit game. I really appreciated the professionalism your team showed, and I was SUPER impressed with the customer service. After your team answered the questions I had, I felt completely comfortable with Outback facilitating the game for our group.I really appreciated your promptness in taking care of us.

Everything with the team building event went excellently. I appreciate all of your help and will certainly refer you to other people!

I found that the whole event was very well done – from the planning stages, to the completion, and facilitation of our event. The whole staff was very professional and efficient.

I loved that we were all able to get together in teams of people from around the company. We do not always get a chance to do this, so it was a great experience to be able to run around the city and work together with people from our fabulous company. It was a huge surprise and a huge success. We loved being outside, being silly and working as a team. I think the event was pretty spectacular and at this time I cannot think of any improvements. It was very well done!

I would absolutely recommend the program to anyone, a 10+. All the teachers present had very positive things to say about how well-organized the day was, how positive your staff was, and how much fun the students had.

The Amazing Chase event we did in Jasper was exceptionally well organized and challenging enough – but not overwhelming. The team members got to know each other and saw aspects of personalities that might otherwise not have come to light in the workplace. We absolutely received value for money, and I’ll pass on your information to my colleagues.

We really thought yesterday’s session was productive, insightful and a lot of fun. You did a great job of leading the session and really getting everyone engaged. Additionally, the business simulation allowed me to improve relationships with the team, so that was great.

The team did a phenomenal job putting our event together! We had a great time participating in the CSI Investigator event and we are highly likely to hire this company again!

The experience was fantastic! The hosts did an amazing job running the event, and we appreciated their infusion of our business campaign language. I didn’t have to worry about anything – the Outback Team Building & Training team took care of everything from setting things up, to engaging and energizing the team, to cleaning up at the end!

I was looking for something energetic (maybe even a bit silly) that was physical in nature but that everyone could participate in. Something that would allow them to interact with each other and foster an environment of team building. This event worked perfectly.

We learned that communication is key throughout the project to ensure everyone continues to work towards a common goal and stay on track. It was fun! I loved the collaboration – working together to get the job done in a fun way. Everyone plays an important role. Trust the team. Good balance of fun, competition and learning.

All of the teams had a great time and did things they never thought they would … The app was easy to use and had enough variety of challenges for everyone to participate.

The cardboard boat building was a huge success! Our group came away from that activity full of energy and everyone had nothing but rave reviews. Great team work activity and lots of laughs. Would highly recommend it to all types of groups and of any age. Thank you for a wonderful team building activity.

The Corporate Castaways team building event in Victoria was a great success, even the weather was great!! The tribes really got into it with the banners, costumes and face painting. I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback, how much everyone enjoyed it, and how the challenges really made them think and work together as a team. Bottom line — a ton of FUN!!

I liked that different people can come together quickly when genuine effort is applied. We learned how to work together effectively. Teams can work well together when everyone is given space and opportunity to do what they do best. Teamwork can be achieved in a hectic setting.

Our facilitator was amazing, and the event was so much fun. I received nothing but positive comments from my group after the event ended. It was a great team builder. Outback provided prompt responses, and excellent facilitation of the event.10/10!

We were looking for a team buliding acitivty that had specific elements: fun, competitive, physical, creative and enviromentally friendly and we found we were able to have all those things it in this activity.

We had a GREAT time during our Code Break activity. We were very impressed and believed it to be educational for a company-wide event. You will no doubt be hearing from me again!

The app was easy to use. The challenges were fun. Your team provided a quick response for any questions we had, and everyone was always extremely pleasant and helpful. It was great watching other teams enter their pictures and being able to follow the live stream!
