To get started, your team simply needs to sign into the Zoom meeting room. Your event host will split your team into groups and shuffle you through a series of ten themed “rooms” where you’ll connect and collaborate with new colleagues each time.
In each room, you and your group will complete themed discussion topics designed to stimulate conversation and help colleagues build bonds
Between your time in each room, you’ll reconnect with the rest of the team to pause, discuss your experience, and talk through your team’s discussion topics before moving into a new room with a new group of colleagues
