Absolutely outstanding!

I have to tell you how much fun we absolutely had. This is the first time this group of 14 people have been together as a new board. This is our very first activity out of the gate and it was absolutely outstanding! High energy, enthusiasm, and participation. We learned about, not only each other, but where we are coming from in regards to leadership skills, communication, and problem solving. Way to go Outback!

You had to actually think and work as a team

It was really fun. It was good team building and we got to walk around to investigate different things. I liked how intricate it was. I’ve done a lot of murder mysteries and this one wasn’t super straight-forward so you had to actually think and work as a team.

Never seen everyone with smiles as big as the ones they had on their faces as today

Today we had a wonderful day with the Corporate Castaways activity. We had the whole company here – about 80 people. We were all competing, having fun, having laughs. I’ve never seen everyone with smiles as big as the ones they had on their faces as today. If you want laughter, you want fun, and want to make friends .. this is the way to do it. We can’t wait for next year.

People are still telling stories about how much fun they had

It was great because it enabled us to get together with different groups that we don’t normally get to work with and give back to our community that we love so much. We had a GREAT time. I’ve gotten lots of feedback and people are still telling stories about how much fun they had.

Revealed participants' individual skills

What I saw was great dynamics that came out of this exercise with my team. Seeing how they communicate with one another and seeing what their strengths and weaknesses were. Plus it really revealed for them their opportunities and their individual skills that they could share. A lot of them don’t see each other often, so it was an opportunity to really build those ties.

Everyone enjoyed it to the fullest

The Corporate Castaways event was phenomenal and everyone enjoyed it to the fullest. There was a lot of team building that got competitive – and that was the fun part. The organization was phenomenal with all the tasks and puzzles we had to do. The team was great. We really loved the enthusiasm.

A great time getting to know everybody

It was awesome! We had a good time, it was a fun format, it was competitive and we all know everybody likes to get competitive. It was a great time just getting to know everybody.

Extremely fun and well thought-out

Extremely fun. Well thought-out. Very mentally-intensive. A lot of teamwork to be able to solve the problem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to build a team and have fun at the same time.

We got to know one another, laugh, smile and be creative

We brought Outback out to our organization to help two departments do some team building and get to know each other a little bit better. It worked wonderfully and we were able to do that. We were able to utilize skill-sets that, not only allowed us to fun together, but allowed us all to be leaders and utilize everybody’s strengths. But above all, to got to know one another, to laugh, to smile, and be really really creative.

We laughed for 2 hours solidly

Great team building activity. Great to see the city. Met some hilarious people along the way and did crazy activities. We laughed for two hours solidly. Highly recommend it.

This was absolutely fantastic. We had our sales conference this week. Our team bonded, showed enthusiasm, and great teamwork. They had a great time. This was wonderful and we recommend Outback whole-heartedly. The team was great to work with, super organized, and the event went off without a hitch. We’ve used them two times now. Love them!

The time flew by

It was a really engaging and exciting activity. The time flew by. To compete in all the challenges people had to really stretch both physically and mentally. It was wonderful to work with all my teammates.

The staff were fantastic and we had an excellent time

Our company had a fantastic time. We had a lot of team spirit. Often times when you are working hard and playing hard its hard to get into events where everyone’s bonding and working as a team. It was a great opportunity, the staff were fantastic, and we had an excellent time. We look forward to doing it again next year.
