A really heart-warming way to end our event

The Wild Goose Chase was awesome. We got to see the city, walk around, and meet fun people. It was great because we were a group that came from all sorts of different places and meet each other. It was a great way for us to get to know each other and have a fun time walking around the city we were in.

It was off the charts. We’ve done a lot of outings and this one was near and dear to my heart. It was fun, it was interactive, we could strategize. It was for a great cause and it was our best outing yet.

We could not have asked for a better crew

What an amazing opportunity it was for some of our team members, who don’t regularly get to spend time with each other, come together for the day and really demonstrate their leadership and commitment. We could not have asked for a better crew. Such a high energy day and we really had a great time.

Just a spectacular way to enhance our sales meeting

This is the second year in a row that our national sales meeting has been using Outback Team Building & Training. The entire company had a lot of fun both times. Very distinctly different team building events with a lot of energy. A great way for our company to mix and mingle. Very ingenious, safe activities, that are good for everybody. Really, just a spectacular way to enhance our sales meeting. Thank you very much for a second great year.

It was really interesting because it was very challenging at times and really made us think. In the end, I saw a lot of laughing and collaboration among team members. It was fantastic to be able to spend a day out of the office doing something fun, at the same time putting our heads together and learning how to work together. Great job to the Outback group. We had a fantastic day.

Our event coordinator was amazing – organized, high energy and helped us tailor our event exactly how we wanted it! The variety of challenges available that you can choose to fit your group is key – that way it is tailored for the personalities and abilities you have. Good old fashioned fun is hard to find these days and all of our employees got really into all the games and enjoyed themselves immensely. A pleasure to work with and we look forward to our event next year – the office is already asking about it!

I would highly recommend the Minute to Win It event for anyone who is looking for a wonderful team building challenge. It was highly competitive, which was wonderful for our team. It really got our group excited and engaged. I thought it was a wonderful event.

You can't overstated the importance of a great event like this

My expectation at the beginning of this was to build team. But I saw much more in this. I saw team spirit. I saw trust being built. I saw vulnerabilities in the team. They challenged each other. When you put this together you can’t overstate the importance of a great event like this in the wonderful way that young ladies involved facilitated it. It was fun. It was invigorating. It was engaging.

A great variety of activities and it was a great team building exercise

The scavenger hunt was very well organized with a great mix of riddle solving and picture taking. A lot of us were on the edge of our seats for what to expect next. We had Chicago and Toronto competing at the same time for the same time of event. There was a lot of great variety of activities and it was a great team building exercise which was what we were trying to achieve.

It was a really good team building opportunity and a good way to interact with everyone across the office

The best part was getting to interact with people you don’t get to see on a day-to-day basis and having fun together as a team. It was well-designed in the sense that everyone played a roll. In the long-run, this event will pay dividends in our workplace with teamwork, cooperation, and trust

We had 30 managers at the conference and we found it to be very entertaining. What we really learned today was to trust each other and expose ourselves a little. In the long run, taking part in something like this and having this experience will pay dividends in our workplace with having a lot more teamwork, cooperation, and trust in each other.

Got them out of their comfort zones and they had a lot of fun

I loved how it got our whole team working together to compete against each other, got them out of their comfort zones, and they had a lot of fun. Because they are normally sitting all day in meetings.

We had a lot of fun out here with the community and it was fun with our team members as well. I do random acts of kindness already and this gives me so many more ideas.
