What Is Minute to Win It
Minute to Win It brings the excitement of the hit game show to your team with a series of hilariously fun and quick challenges. Participants face off in teams, tackling tasks that test creativity, coordination, and problem-solving—all under the pressure of a one-minute timer.
From stacking cups to balancing objects and solving puzzles, each challenge is designed to ignite laughter, boost morale, and encourage teamwork. As the clock ticks down, teams must strategize, communicate, and cheer each other on to claim victory.

Minute to Win It Agenda
Welcome and Team Formation
The event will begin with a welcome from your event host, who will assist in organizing the group into teams. Following this, participants will receive a detailed briefing on the activity.
Minute to Win It Demo
The event host will give instructions for each activity along with a demo of how to complete the challenge. Teams will be shown their supplies and details on how to set up for each challenge.
Minute to Win It
Teams will compete in “Minute to Win It”-style challenges that test individual skills and group coordination, including tasks like stacking cups, balancing pencils, transferring cotton balls with a spoon, and bouncing ping pong balls into cups. Activities may involve relay races with chopsticks, keeping balloons in the air, or head-to-head puzzles and marble-rolling contests. Teams have one minute per task to achieve the best results, while event hosts manage scores and reset challenges. This format helps participants discover hidden talents, think creatively under pressure, and build teamwork, culminating in strengthened camaraderie and shared achievement.
Wrap Up, Recognition and Photo Op
Teams will reconvene to exchange experiences and review their submissions while the host tallies up the final scores. The host will facilitate discussions on key takeaways and lessons learned, culminating in the announcement of the winning team. Winning teams will be awarded Outback Team Building medals. The event will wrap up with congratulations all around to commemorate a successful event.

We appreciate that weather is not always predictable, so we have a back-up plan in the event of poor weather. We can switch your event to our indoor app-based Team Pursuit event at no extra charge. You would need to arrange a backup space for the activity, and we need notice of 2 hours to make the switch.
We understand that plans can change, so please reach out as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Date changes may incur a change fee, please reach out to your Sales Engagement Consultant to discuss further.
Our events can take place anywhere. We have event coordinators located across North America who can come directly to you—whether it’s your office, a venue of your choice, a meeting space, or a unique location that best suits your needs. We’re flexible and ready to make your event seamless, no matter the location!

We decided to do something a little different for our annual meeting. We were a little stuck in the mud with reporting and reviews so we decided to do some team building. I thought it was a big success. Everybody enjoyed the strategy and working with others – some of which they had not worked with in the past. I think morale-wise it was fantastic.
