Something that we would do again in a New York minute

We decided to do something a little different for our annual meeting. We were a little stuck in the mud with reporting and reviews so we decided to do some team building. I thought it was a big success. Everybody enjoyed the strategy and working with others – some of which they had not worked with in the past. I think morale-wise it was fantastic. It was something that we would do again in a New York minute.

The event is customized in a way that brings out strengths you don't normally use

It was a wonderful time. A great afternoon spent team building. A lot of fun activities which were great during a two-day meeting. The facilitators and the actors were wonderful. It brought our team together and made us think about a lot of different scenarios. We definitely looked for a lot of strengths in our team and the event is customized in bringing out strengths that you don’t use in our day-to-day. Overall, a lot of fun, well worth it, and a great way to spend an afternoon team building.

The whole process was easy

I was told that the Wild Goose Chase was the best team event ever. The whole process was easy and the people I was dealing with were professional and friendly. I really felt the dedication they all put forth.

An absolutely phenomenal experience

We had an absolutely phenomenal time this afternoon. We saw a lot of collaboration, a lot of teamwork, a lot of shenanigans. We now have a lot of great footage that may be used in the future. Overall, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience and the best part is that we were able to donate the bikes to an amazing cause. Lots of fun, lots of laughs, lots of collaboration, and lots of teamwork.

There was cohesiveness, thinking outside of the box, and team work

It was a fantastic event. We worked independently, but most of all we worked as a team. There was cohesiveness, the thinking outside the box, and team work. Absolutely, I would recommend this for any corporate event or even a small business event.

A really heart-warming way to end our event.

It was awesome – a lot of fun for us. It was very energetic and the whole group was entertained. It was great to see at the end that you had school supplies going to foster kids. It was a really heart-warming way to end our event.

A great way to get to know each other

The Wild Goose Chase was awesome. We got to see downtown Knoxville, walk around, and meet fun people. It was great because we were a group that came from all sorts of different places and meet each other. It was a great way for us to get to know each other and have a fun time walking around Knoxville.

Just a spectacular way to enhance our sales meeting

This is the second year in a row that our national sales meeting has been using Outback Team Building & Training. The entire company had a lot of fun both times. Very distinctly different team building events with a lot of energy. A great way for our company to mix and mingle. Very ingenious, safe activities, that are good for everybody. Really, just a spectacular way to enhance our sales meeting. Thank you very much for a second great year.

I saw a lot of laughing and collaboration among team members

It was really interesting because it was very challenging at times and really made us think. In the end, I saw a lot of laughing and collaboration among team members. It was fantastic to be able to spend a day out of the office doing something fun, at the same time putting our heads together and learning how to work together. Great job to the Outback group. We had a fantastic day.

I cannot tell you enthusiastically enough that you need to take part in this. You need to give back a little to those who give for us.

You can't overstated the importance of a great event like this

My expectation at the beginning of this was to build team. But I saw much more in this. I saw team spirit. I saw trust being built. I saw vulnerabilities in the team. They challenged each other. When you put this together you can’t overstate the importance of a great event like this in the wonderful way that young ladies involved facilitated it. It was fun. It was invigorating. It was engaging.

This makes us a better team

We enjoyed it so much. The team used each other to bounce ideas off of and made sure to use their resources in a great way. So as we apply what we learned as an output to this event, this makes us a better team.

It worked for different skills so everyone could contribute something

It was really fun. One of my favorite parts was that it worked for different skills, so everyone on the team could contribute something. It was fun and it was for a good cause. It helped us bond and get to know new people that we didn’t get to know before. We had a really good time.
