He helped me get up to speed with the app and the event and was super professional. The event coordinator was absolutely incredible. She was beyond flexible and accommodating with all of our requests, and the execution was flawless. Second time we’ve used them for a team building event. The staff did a fantastic job engaging everybody. It was such a wonderful, wonderful experience. They really made it seamless for our entire organization. Our social committee didn’t have much to do because all the details were taken care of by Outback. This is an opportunity for collaboration, participation, and fun. The great thing about this is that, at the end of our event we were able to donate bikes to charity. So meaningful.

I still do not believe how lucky I was to find Innate Leaders

I needed someone that would provide an ‘instant cocktail’ that would address multiple issues: building the team, change management and transformational leadership. I still do not believe how lucky I was to find Innate Leaders. They were a ‘great refresher’. They took all the need-to-know information about the project issues and created one focus. They provided the teams with the right combination of theoretical knowledge and practical tips for dealing with transformational change. They also provided real, down to earth information and wise council.

Innate Leaders quickly gained our trust

Leaders are the ambassadors of how the company works. If the leadership team is not strong, you spend all your time dealing with staff and management issues. Having a strong leadership team allows for strategic thinking and that can make a fundamental difference to an organization. Innate Leaders quickly gained our trust and we knew they understood what we needed and where we wanted to go. It felt like a risk, but sometimes you have to take risks to get something incredible.

The conversations we had before the sessions gave the consultants a good understanding of our culture and the issues we were facing and that in turn helped them connect the work to our real world challenges. My overall experience as the organizer was fantastic and easy!

We had an amazing time! The Wild Goose Chase was so much fun, and all were fully engaged and building relationships. Many from our team including our VPs said this was the best team building event they’ve experienced. The Outback team were Outstanding to work with, as was our dedicated account manager. The support staff were so helpful and answered all of my questions. My overall experience as the organizer was fantastic and easy! Thank you to the Outback team, 10/10!

Everyone really enjoyed the activity

Everyone said they really enjoyed getting to know people that they probably never would have known otherwise. One of my favorite parts was watching all of the super-serious and usually more reserved senior partners get really into the activities and even paddle their team’s cardboard boat!

Every single employee was engaged

This event was a company-wide hit! It was so much fun. Teams were laughing, talking, strategizing, and generally having a great deal of fun. Every single employee was engaged – some were building boats, some were creating marketing material, and some were negotiating for better prices of materials! It was really amazing to see every single person working hard on their team.

I was looking for something energetic (maybe even a bit silly) that was physical in nature but that everyone could participate in. Something that would allow them to interact with each other and foster an environment of team building. This event worked perfectly.
