What Our Clients Say

The team had a great time with lots of laughs. Great team building and excellent way to break the ice when kicking off a three-day team meeting. 10/10.

Everything about the event was EASY. From signing up, to carrying out the event – I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We have a huge range of personalities on our team, and every single person had a blast!! It was active and silly…it got people out of their comfort zones and brought out some friendly competition. Great customer service! 10/10!

This was an incredible Victoria experience! The participants positively enjoyed The Amazing Chase, and the team building brought our colleagues together in fun and challenging ways. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and I am thrilled with the end result.

We have used Outback Team Building & Training for a number of events and we are never disappointed!! From the first stages of the planning to the day of the event, everything runs smoothly.10/10!

The event went off without a hitch. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it created a competitive spirit between our teams! We would do it again.

This is the second time I have done Wild Goose Chase. Such a fun event. Love the app! Challenges are fun. Pictures are even more fun. And you’re so responsive with my many questions. Very, very easy to implement. Thank you! 10/10!

The challenges were awesome. I loved how friendly and enthusiastic the staff were. Really a great team building event that got us all out of our comfort zones and participating in challenges with people we work with but don’t normally get to interact with. Overall, awesome job team!

We have had two opportunities to work with Outback Team Building & Training, and both times the event coordinators and the event itself were fantastic.

We all had a great time and everything was very well organized. Dolena was great! It was a great way to see the sites of Montreal

This was one of the few team building events I have been involved in where everyone was engaged. This was a challenge as we had a very diverse global group. I did not hear even one complaint about the event. The facilitator was very engaging and made sure that everyone was involved and enjoying themselves.

It was a pleasure working with your company. Everything went extremely well, especially given that we put this together at the last minute. You stayed on top of everything to ensure a well-run event. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone putting together a similar event.

It was fun team building, with some hilarious challenges. Your team made it extremely easy to get the event set up and executed. I appreciated how simple the app was to use, the advice your team offered me, and the consulting you provided. 10/10!

The entire group loved the CI experience in Kelowna and had a great time. I was very surprised that finding out the ‘who done it’ actually took some time and that it wasn’t an obvious answer. In comparison to other events, we liked the fact we didn’t have to actually run around a lot (the group was not wanting exercise). The emphasis on the creative was great for creating laughs (especially the photos).

Facilitators were extremely accessible. Co-ordinated with venue and organized entire event without assistance. Various aspects of team-building were covered, including creativity, time management, budget allocation, conflict resolution, and working toward a common goal. Event was fun and memorable. Lots of laughs and memories. Lots of strong lessons learned.

It was a seamless, turn-key solution that was available last minute. Your team was a joy to work with and orchestrated an incredible event off of two 30-minute phone calls with me. All you needed was contact information, and it all magically came together.

Corporate Castaways was definitely of benefit and value. When a group of individuals gain respect for the strengths of their team members and understand their weaknesses and learn to work with them, how can you not have benefit? Thanks so much for bringing the event together; you are professionals all the way!

The facilitator was AMAZING! Simply the best – very engaging, and super fun! He was well versed, and he was super organized. He did well with time management and also kept the people who had to wait entertained by playing extra team building games while they waited.

Outback Team Building & Training did a great job! Your team was dependable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic.

Everybody had fun with the Team Pursuit activity! It was really easy to organize too.

Everyone enjoyed the event, and it reminded them about giving back to the community and paying it forward. I received high-quality customer service and follow up right away from you. Everyone was so helpful! It was a great experience for our team.

Everyone had a great time! Sometimes mystery events can be frustrating, but this was just difficult enough to get people thinking while still having a great time. Your team was very flexible about working within our budget and helped us choose the right activity for our group size and location. Thanks!

We were impressed by the level of organization and enthusiasm the team brought to our event. The communication with Outback Team Building & Training throughout the planning and execution of our event was excellent. Overall, the quality of the event was fantastic.

Our team loved Team Pursuit. I have already recommended it to a friend and plan to tell anyone in our organization that is looking to do a fun team building retreat. I give the company a 10! The representative that I worked with was so easy to communicate with and gave me great details.
