In-person & Virtual Team Building In Columbia

The facilitator was well organized, kept the day going, was open to suggestions, tailored the discussions to our needs, and was always available to talk. He’s a person with a real heart to want to make things better. 10/10!

We booked Urban Fear Factor for our team building event. The weather was in our favour which was nice so we were able to tour the downtown area and complete our check-list. We were separated into 3 groups and everyone had a lot of fun. Lots of stories were told over dinner.

Aiden and her team were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and informative. The Delta Burnaby team had nothing but positive remarks to say about The Amazing Chase. It was a FUN team building event for all ages within our employees!

I would 100% recommend Outback Team Building & Training to colleagues and friends. The activity was very well done, easy to understand, and you guys are quick to respond to questions. 10 out of 10!

The facilitator was AMAZING! Simply the best – very engaging, and super fun! He was well versed, and he was super organized. He did well with time management and also kept the people who had to wait entertained by playing extra team building games while they waited.

I thought that you struck a perfect balance between enthusiasm, guidance, and interaction to make the day a huge success. It was great to see the level of engagement and to see the team enjoying the exercises without hesitation.

The Corporate Castaways team building event in Victoria was a great success, even the weather was great!! The tribes really got into it with the banners, costumes and face painting. I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback, how much everyone enjoyed it, and how the challenges really made them think and work together as a team. Bottom line — a ton of FUN!!

This group is the real deal 🙂 The team did a phenomenal job putting our event together! Every aspect of the event was well thought out and planned to the smallest detail. We had a great time participating in the CI Investigator event and we are highly likely to hire this company again. I highly recommend this activity for any group that wants to raise the bar!!!
