100 Philips employees were able to have one Escape Room: Jewel Heist experience – without leaving their hotel venue. Watch the video case study to find out what happened.

THE QUESTION – “Can 100 people do an escape room at the same time?”

When Philips approached our team, they were looking for a fun and exciting escape room event they could do with 100 people after a long day of meetings.

Most escape rooms, however, can only accommodate a small number of people at a time – and this group had a tight agenda. Running 100 people through an escape room at different intervals wasn’t an option. Nor was moving to an off-site location.

THE ANSWER – “Escape Room: Jewel Heist”

As a portable and flexible escape room experience, Escape Room: Jewel Heist was the ideal solution for Philips’ large group. Watch the video below to find out how their event came together.

Highlights from the activity include:
  • Philips’ large group was able to participate in an escape room experience at the same time, allowing their team to stick to their tight schedule

  • No travel was necessary – our team brought Escape Room: Jewel Heist right to their hotel, saving the company time and the hassle of moving to an off-site location

  • Philips didn’t have to worry about planning or coordinating any of the details – our team took care of the event from start to finish

  • Groups had the chance to collaborate, think creatively, and work together in a fun and exciting environment after a long day of meetings

THE RESULTS – “Your team did a great job from start to finish.”

The event was seamless and the team from Philips had a phenomenal time. They had this to say about their Escape Room: Jewel Heist experience:

“Company, event coordinator and all other associates did a great job with this event… from start to finish. My team had a great time! The personalities of the staff are a bonus as everyone is friendly and professional, but makes the team have fun.”
