Q&A with Travel Services

What do you enjoy most about partnering with Outback Team Building & Training?

Our account manager, Jordan Menu, has always been very accessible, and his attention to detail is excellent. He’s always able to provide a variety of activities, based on the client’s budget – and he always follows up to make sure that we have a clear understanding of the event proposed.

Why is this important to you and your company?

We specialize in incentive travels, and this type of industry is well known for requesting outside-of-the-box experiences, and a sense of urgency is always a plus. So, it is imperative for us that, whenever we communicate our needs, we receive a response within hours, and that has always been my experience with your company.

What is the most memorable event Travel Services has partnered with Outback Team Building & Training on? Why?

There have been many memorable events. One of the first that we did with Outback Team Building & Training was a raft building and race challenge at the St. Regis Hotel in Puerto Rico – guests had a blast, instructions were conveyed clearly, materials were good quality, and the day was lovely.

How has partnering with Outback Team Building & Training helped Travel Services serve your clients better?

The outcome of each activity has been very positive. Partnering with Outback Team Building & Training has allowed us to provide a quality of service that matches our clients’ expectations when doing business with us.

What is Travel Services’ favorite team building event to propose to clients and why?

Eagle Glider Construction Challenge This event is fun, and can be provided indoors or outdoors. Therefore, if there is bad weather, you can still have the same experience. Participants have to think, create, and then modify their glider to their preferred outcome.
