What I saw was great dynamics that came out of this exercise with my team. Seeing how they communicate with one another and seeing what their strengths and weaknesses were. Plus it really revealed for them their opportunities and their individual skills that they could share. A lot of them don’t see each other often, so it was an opportunity to really build those ties.
