So it was a HIT!! The teams worked together, strategized, were challenged to be efficient, think outside the box and truly put to use the skills we want to see in the field. I can draw from this when trying to motivate the team in the future. I would absolutely do it again… the team had a fantastic time, the process and planning was seamless, and all I had to do was approve the expense – thank you!
