It was beyond all of my expectations. I understood what it was that we were going to do, but I had no idea just how fun and engaging it would be for my employees. It allowed a lot of my employees to step out of their shells and become silly, goofy and not so serious- just what we needed. The event did a great job at breaking down barriers amongst the team.
