Laura came into teambuilding naturally from years of coaching and teaching Physical Education, where she found a passion for and training people to work together and building teams. Her philosophy both in sports and in work is to find the best in people and encourage them to share their strengths within their teams. She encourages team members to take risks for the benefit of the group and develop their leadership skills. Laura’s willingness to go the extra mile is evident in the way she approaches everything with a can-do attitude. She loves to create memorable events and experiences for people of all ages.
In her free time, Laura is part of a Search and Rescue team along with her two Golden Retrievers who assist in lost person searches. She loves anything around water and mountains but has also fallen in love with the desert. She also volunteers with HOPE Animal Assisted Crisis Team and travels around the nation supporting anyone that has been affected by a disaster or crisis.
Laura is known as a Tiramisu Chef Extraordinaire amongst family and friends. She makes sure to remember that life is fun, and that everything is better with polka dots, rubber chickens, hot pink, playing cards, and coffee.
