Contract Event Coordinator

Outback Team Building & Training looking to fill vacancies for Virtual & In-Person event coordinators based out of the United States.

What will you be doing as a Contract Event Coordinator?

In this role, you’ll be working with our customers to deliver highly engaging virtual and in-person team building activities for corporate groups. The job will include:

  1. Pre-event coordination
    • Answer customer questions leading up to the event
    • Manage event supplies (in-person activities)
    • Coordinate with event venues (in-person activities)
  1. Running the event
    • Welcome the group
    • Deliver a high energy, fun event
    • Engage all participants
    • Closing presentation
  1. Post-event follow-ups
    • Follow-up with customer for feedback
