Our sales team consists of sales account managers and inbound sales representatives. We call these individuals Employee Engagement Consultants. That's because they have a wealth of knowledge that is needed to recommend the best corporate team building events, group activities, and training and development programs to fit the specific dynamics, outcomes, and objectives of different groups. 

Our customers range from top business leaders to professional administrators, meeting and event planners throughout North America.  Based out of our head office, our Employee Engagement Consultants build relationships with customers on the phone, and recognize that sales is a science and not an art!

Our Employee Engagement Consultants go through extensive training to set them and our customers up for success.  They understand our programs inside out and work hard to meet or exceed daily activity and sales targets. In doing so, they move up the sales ladder, and earn rewards for helping us meet our customers' needs.
