The event supplies coordinator is responsible for behind the scenes event production including planning, event supply preparation, shipping, receiving and presentation. 

The event supply coordinator role is the starting point for those who wish to move on to a more customer facing events team role. This role is responsible for behind the scenes planning, coordination and preparation, as well as shipping and receiving events supplies. This role is responsible for the oversight of multiple events monthly, up to 20 at any given time so the successful candidate must be able to handle a fast paced and high-volume environment. Additionally, the candidate must be willing and capable of embracing change both within the work environment and throughout the event planning and execution process.

The successful applicant must be able to lift, load and carry up to 50lbs.
